Follow Short Sale process, timelines, and approval dates. Follow up with Client on necessary documents in order to obtain Lender Approval

Disburse email communication with parties on a weekly basis with the status of approval process

Short Sale Management duties will be governed by the Local MLS

Broker Office Compliance

Review all documents pertaining to all State Mandated & Office Regulations

Return non-compliant documents to Agent for correction

Ensure Brokerage Compliant documents are in file prior to approving CDA

Notify Broker of any non-compliant Agents
-
Address inquiries from Agents and Internal Staff in a timely manner
